How does ordering and delivery work for a hardtop?

To help with manufacturing lead times, all orders will be processed at the time the order is placed and fulfilled within 6 months after initial purchase. If your purchase was financed through affirm, your order will be added to the queue the day the initial purchase is made. Due to scarcity of some materials and factors that are beyond our control, lead times are subject to change if there is a shortage in materials. We will maintain communication with all customers and ensure transparency as to when your order will be fulfilled. Your hardtop will be delivered via freight shipping, or you may exempt all shipping fees by picking up your order at our manufacturing facility in Bellville, Texas.

How does shipping for a hardtop work?

We offer ground shipping via freight at a variable rate delivered to your door. (ground/freight shipping is available on these items when they are shipped within the lower 48 US states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any country outside of the US is currently not available). Assembly will be required by the end user (instructions included). Assembly and Installation tutorials are also provided on our youtube channel for further assistance. Local pickup is also available to waive shipping expenses. How does my hardtop come shipped?

All of our hardtops are shipped via freight on a pallet. All hardware and instructions are included. If delivery is to a residential address, liftgate service may be required. Pallet jack, forklift or any other type of machinery may be needed to move the pallet. Total weight of the package is approximately 150lbs plus shipping materials (pallet and packaging).

What if my package/item comes damaged?

Armadillo Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Affirm Disclosure:

If one or more items in your order has an extended ship date, your loan payment(s), including interest, may be due before the merchant ships all of the items. Please note that you may not receive a rebate of any interest that may have already accrued on an amount that later gets refunded.

Rates from 0–36% APR. Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. CA residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law license. For licenses and disclosures, see affirm.com/licenses. For example, a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR or 4 interest free payments of $200 every 2 weeks.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Due to the size, customizability and weight of this item, we request that buyers do ample research prior to ordering. All orders placed with our interior headliner insulation/sound deadening accessory and/or powder coated will not be refundable. Due to the customization of these units, only unused/undamaged hardtops in original packaging and never installed; sold with no interior headliner insulation and non powder coated will be accepted up to thirty (30) days from the date the item was shipped or prior to being fulfilled (please see cancelation policy). There will be a 30% restocking fee for returned orders. Return shipment will be at the buyers expense. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds will not be issued due to minor fitment or finish issues.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@armadillo.design and after receiving confirmation from Armadillo Designs, send your item to our address. This does not include defective and damaged items from the shipping process, we are not responsible for that.

Shipping on Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only possible if placed within 30 days from your order date. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the purchase price. All refunds are processed within 20 business days after the cancellation date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges on wire transfers, rush orders, sale pricing, deposits, custom orders, and more. You have the right to sell your place in line to another individual, however shipping charges vary so additional shipping charges may be required if the shipping address changes.

Manufacture Warranty

Armadillo Designs offers a One Year Limited Warranty on all products. This limited warranty is extended by Armadillo “Armadillo Designs, Inc'' located at 1321 Nelius Rd, Bellville TX, to the original purchaser of the Bronco Hardtop. Armadillo warrants its Bronco Hardtop, when purchased from Armadillo or an authorized dealer/distributor to be free from manufacturers defects for a period of one year from the date of the purchase. During this period, Armadillo at its option: will repair or replace at no expense to the limited warranty holder, any part found to be defective as a result of the manufacturing process. The customer must assist Armadillo in diagnosing issues with the vehicle and/or products and follow the Armadillo warranty process. The customer will be required to return any defective product(s) to Armadillo before Armadillo delivers repaired or replacement product(s) to the customer. This limited warranty does not cover any incidents or damages which arise by reason of off-roading, misuse or minor imperfections within design specifications or which do not materially alter quality, functionality or design. Armadillo does not warrant and is not responsible for damages caused by off-roading, natural disasters (extreme rain, hail storm, flooding, earthquake, hurricane, etc), misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repair or cleaning, or the combination of Armadillo services or products with other products or services, all of which shall void Armadillo’s limited warranty. The brand is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of the use of its products. Armadillo does not warrant against defects resulting from improper assembly, installations, misuse, abuse, accidents, product modifications, negligence or deterioration of the finish due to improper maintenance or exposure to chemicals and/or other unusual environmental conditions. This warranty does not extend in any respect to accessories or parts not produced by Armadillo and shall not extend to any consequential or incidental damages. Armadillo makes no representations whatsoever concerning any effect its products may have on the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify with the vehicle manufacturer the effect Armadillo products may have on any warranty. Including potential voiding of any manufacturer's warranty. In addition, Armadillo products on the vehicle may render the vehicle in violation of federal, state, or local standards, traffic regulations, private automobile insurance policy, or DOT regulations. Customer assumes all risk and responsibility in connection with the foregoing. All claims must be filed on the Armadillo website. If such a limited warranty claim begins, the customer must have proof of being the original/sole owner of the product, never used off-road, and oblige by all terms and conditions above.

Disclaimer

By purchasing an Armadillo Designs product you agree and provide consent to Armadillo Designs not being held liable for any personal injury or pertaining to any property, consequential, or incidental damage caused by Armadillo Designs products. All products sold by Armadillo Designs are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. All products may need prepping, sanding, welding, grinding, shaving, filling gaps, and/or other body work. Modifications may include removal of the reinforcement bars, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle. Armadillo Designs highly recommends that a professional “custom” shop with proper automotive customization experience perform the installation. Auto shops experienced in OEM installations may not be experienced in all Armadillo Designs product installations. Armadillo Designs releases all responsibility and/or liability once the products are removed from our facility. The customer releases all liability from Armadillo Designs. There is no warranty on our products because of the nature of the industry (Off-road), we do not know how the end user will push and test our products. The brand is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of the use of its products.
