We offer ground shipping via freight at a variable rate delivered to your door. (ground/freight shipping is available on these items when they are shipped within the lower 48 US states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any country outside of the US is currently not available). Assembly will be required by the end user (instructions included). Assembly and Installation tutorials are also provided on our youtube channel for further assistance. Local pickup is also available to waive shipping expenses. How does shipping for a hardtop work?
How does my hardtop come shipped?
All of our hardtops are shipped via freight on a pallet. All hardware and instructions are included. If delivery is to a residential address, liftgate service may be required. Pallet jack, forklift or any other type of machinery may be needed to move the pallet. Total weight of the package is approximately 150lbs plus shipping materials (pallet and packaging).
What if my package/item comes damaged?
Armadillo Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
