Armadillo Designs Split Payment Terms for Ford Bronco Hard Tops

  1. Overview
    Armadillo Designs offers customers the option to split their purchase of a Ford Bronco Hard Top into three payments. By choosing this payment plan, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
  2. Eligibility
  • The split payment option is available for orders placed directly through www.armadillo.design.
  • Orders must meet any minimum purchase requirement specified at checkout.
  1. Payment Structure
    We offer a three-payment plan:
  • Three-Payment Plan: 40% due at checkout, 30% due between the welding and blending stage, and the final 30% due at the powder coat phase. 
  1. Payment Authorization
  • By selecting the split payment option, the customer authorizes Armadillo Designs to automatically charge the remaining payments to the original payment method on the scheduled due dates.
  • If a payment is declined, the customer will be notified and given a 5-day grace period to update payment details. 
  1. Order Fulfillment
  • Orders will not be shipped/delivered until all payments have been received in full.
  • Customers who complete all payments successfully will receive a shipping confirmation once their order is dispatched.
  1. Late Payments & Fees
  • Failure to complete all payments within 14 days of the final due date may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of any payments made. 
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Orders canceled within 30 days of the original order date may receive a full refund on their deposit less a 10% restocking fee. 
  • Deposits on orders canceled after 30 days are non-refundable.
  • Once the order has reached the powder coating stage and final payment is made, all sales are final, and the standard return policy applies. 
  1. Disputes & Chargebacks
  • Customers who initiate chargebacks on a valid installment payment may be subject to order cancellation and additional fees.
  • Any disputes regarding payments should be directed to Armadillo Designs customer service before filing a chargeback.
  1. Changes to Terms
    Armadillo Designs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be reflected on www.armadillo.design and will apply to future purchases.

By selecting the split payment option at checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
